This list of terms and conditions of trade applies to all account customers unless varied by written agreement.
Use of a Star Fluid Power trading account assumes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1. Trading terms:
Wholesale:
A deposit of 30% of the total purchase price is to be paid on order confirmation.
Balance of monies to be paid in full prior to shipment by Star Fluid Power.
All goods remain the property of Star Fluid Power until paid in full.
Online Ordering:
Goods will not be shipped until payment in full has cleared.
All goods remain the property of Star Fluid Power until paid in full.
2. Pricing:
Any discount given may be changed or denied at the sole discretion of Star Fluid Power.
Currency is Australian Dollars (AUD)
3. Minimum Order Value:
A $50 minimum charge applies to all phone, fax and email orders and add-ons.
$50 = value of parts after discount and before GST and freight.
4. Goods return:
A “Return of Goods” form must be completed and approved by Star Fluid Power prior to goods being returned.
Goods may be returned up to 30 days from receipt providing the goods are in the same condition as when supplied.
All freight charges will be at the client’s expense unless otherwise agreed in writing. If Star Fluid Power is covering the cost of freight for the goods returned, it will be with the freight company nominated by Star Fluid Power.
A restocking fee of 20% will apply to all returned goods unless incorrectly supplied by Star Fluid Power.
No return or refund on custom made parts.
5. Quality of goods:
Goods are manufactured in accordance to their relevant standards or Star Fluid Specifications. Goods are guaranteed to be fit for purpose according to their relevant standards.
6. Supply:
Goods ordered ex stock will be prepared same day for delivery next day.
Goods are deemed delivered once picked up by courier or freight handler.
Unless ordered in writing (fax or email) using Star Fluid Power part numbers no responsibility or liability will be accepted for incorrect supply.
7. Freight:
Freight is at client’s expense unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No responsibility taken for non-delivery or damage of goods in transit.
8. Insurance:
Insurance of goods is the responsibility of the purchaser at all times (door to door).
9. Debt Collection:
Any and all expenses and costs incurred by Star Fluid Power
or its agents in recovering outstanding monies will be the responsibility of the client.
